You will delve into the agroecological observatoryEl Cafetal, located in Envigado, where you will get to know the complete coffee process in a guided way through four thematic stations, where you will have the opportunity to take a tour of the cultivation, learn about the process of sorting, germination, processing until you taste a cup of coffee, which will allow you to understand each stage of the process in a clear and close way.

It's an ideal activity to appreciate the aromas and flavors of Colombian coffee while connecting with the natural environment and the local knowledge that gives rise to each cup.
